i was shot in my stomach 4yrs ago. i lost appendix, Pancras, spleen, 3ft of my small intestines, 2ft of my large instestines, & some of my colon. as im typing this im suffering from a bowl obstruction!!!! hoping itll pass so i dont have to goto the hospital for the 12th time so far this year!!!

That's what I did shot water up my stools were like rocks and I was dbl over in pain I couldn't even sit. Saw some stuff on line told to try shooting water up in my retum. Oh what can it hurt . Went in bathroom slowly I starting shooting water then more more all of sudden I thought I need to go . I barely made it to toilet and it all starting coming out a lot of it . I already felt great I finished the rest of water and all was good. I felt great . It all came out. I check for blood nothing. Told my dr. Said let's check nothing . That all you need water and enema not at these test. We will get block sometime check your diet water in take
My mother just died two years ago. She had a fall at 89 and the horrible care she got from care centers and hospitals caused three infections as one being covid. She used to take regular enemas twice daily for years because she had problems. She even had cancer tumors removed twice and still kept up with the enemas! It was a ritual. If she hadn't fallen, she'd still be alive.

Deborah Schwing The sad thing is even with a colostomy you can get small bowel obstructions often too. I had one for about a year before it was removed, but during that time I was in and out of the hospital from eating a pb&j sandwich, alcohol, not even a lot just the wrong drink can cause one. You tend to get them from scar tissue inflammation after surgery. Extremely painful. Now that I had it removed I still suffer from them, so I have to be extreamly careful with what I eat, also how much I eat. I'm sometimes afraid to eat, so I go days without eating sometimes mostly when I feel one coming on. I'm going to consider calling this place.

I wonder how you are doing now and hope that you are well. I’m also afraid to eat. People who can eat whatever they want don’t have a clue what it’s like to associate eating with pain.
I've had some stomach issues, but use acupuncture from a Chinese Master and massges!!! I've had to resort to protein shakes with olive oil and walnut flour. I use them twice daily and drink lots of water. There are pressure point in your writs, arms legs, feet and stomach. Look up Chinese Master of martial arts and Google it. There is one who tours the world that helps many people in his seminars!!!!!
Most of the talk has been about small bowel...what about colon? I have adhesions and a stricture in my sigmoid colon. Do they address this also?

I was born early so a lot of stuff was taken out for me as well and going threw surgery for bowel obstruction was horrible especially having to look at the scar everyday on ur tummy as a girl it’s not pretty,what I wish I knew.....solid foods like meats and heavy foods could really mess you up do what I didn’t do guys!!it might save your life💗

Idk exactly what body part is causing my issue. I just know I had an extended tummy tuck and I have scarring in my abdominal area, along with my ribs, hips, and even lungs. I have an EMS machine I got from Amazon. I used to work with a physical therapist. They’re usually used to block the pain receptors from your Brain. But they’re also used for ppl who are immobile. It helps your blood circulate and get the “exercise” you’re actually not getting. It tricks your mind into believing it is. And depending on the setting, it stimulates and massages as well. Apple Cider vinegar ( Mrs Bragg's Organic with the Mother ) in water before meals helps with GERD. Also, it comes in pill form Dr Eric Berg sells them on his website & has videos on this topic. Functional Medicine practuctioners here on CZcams address it as well. See Dr John Bartemus on the topic of low stomach acid. That actually the issue. Protien Pump Inhibitor medications just make the problem worse.
