Jesus is ready to meet with You! Jesus visited me and told me to tell all my friends something. He said:
“Daniel, tell all of your friends that if they want to get to know me…”
And then I was given a vision of me holding up the Gospel of John and pointing to Chapter one.
The message is to marinate your mind in the Gospel of John.
    Your response is important.
God gave me a metaphor for anyone who resists the message. He gave me the story of Naaman who came to Elisha to be healed of his leprosy. Elisha sent out a servant to tell Naaman to wash seven times in the Jordan river and that he would be healed.
Naaman took offense that Elisha would not even come out to meet him. It seemed as if he wasn’t even going to do what Elisha told him to do. This shows how stubborn our pride can be. His servants reasoned with him and he finally relented and washed seven times in the Jordan and received his healing.
Perhaps Jesus is asking us how persistent will we be in our pursuit of relationship with him? Would we be willing to read through the Gospel of John seven times?
I believe that Jesus will meet with us as we marinate our minds in the Scriptures given to the apostle John for the very purpose of leading us into a very real relationship with the Lord Jesus. Consider the following Scripture from the Gospel of John that informs us of it’s purpose:
“…these have been written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that by believing you may have life in His name.”
    John 20:31 NASB
I am reminded of John 17 where Jesus defines eternal life:
“Father, the hour has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may glorify you. 2 For you granted him authority over all people that he might give eternal life to all those you have given him. 3 Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.”
    John 17:1-3 NIV
This is the offer on the table. To experience and know Father and Son.
    Happy reading!

Man I'm having a spiritual struggle and idk what to believe I'm. Actually the only thing I do believe in is love. Other than that I'm so confused. Theres too many perspectives or paradigms when it comes to researching anything spiritual. Near death experiences, after death communications, past life regressions, reincarnation research, pre death bed visions, spiritually transformative experiences, religious texts, and channeled texts. I've studied a lot in the last 6 years and the only truth I find is love. Theres also forgiveness, compassion, living in the moment, we re all one, living with joy, all lives are meaningful, and really all things good in general. I've learned all of these lessons from the research. I couldn't agree more with being a good and loving person. I'm just confused about what to believe when it comes to Jesus Christ. He certainly taught all of those lessons. However, there are many different stories of Jesus that are different which has brought me great confusion. Theres the Bible, The Urantia Book, The Oapshe Bible, The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ, The Gospel of the Holy 12, The Book of Mormon, and more which I haven't read. If God wants us to follow a single truth, why can't God reveal that truth to those that are confused but striving to be the most loving I can be? How long do I have to seek to figure out the truth? I love your channel very much and I'm glad you found Christ. I wish I could

Jesus spoke to me as I woke up one morning. I was going through the same thing. He said "Do not Be what they want you to be." In other words he gave me permission to not believe in dogma... including the "Savior of sins" thing. From that time I now just follow my heart, spread Love and follow my intuition. I consider Jesus as my big brother. It's obvious that God can't be described in words... except for anything that describes Love. By the way... check out pre-birth experiences. Especially the one by Christian Sundberg. It's enlightening.

@@BrassPeace I greatly appreciate this. My struggle has brought me to the point where I've let all of the dogma go and just focus on living like Christ. Whenever I'm living with love and following the ways of Christ, I feel one with Him in a brotherly love way as way. All of my research certainly taught me all of the lessons Christ taught. It makes sense. What better way to live then with Love? All things good come from God. We aa humans just over complicate the message so much whenever it's actually a simple message yet profound. Thank you one again very much. I needed this.

You mention many texts. The Bible actually has historical merit... the others? Im skeptical... to the point that I have little to no interest in investigating any further. I am mildly curious about things like a course in miracles and law of one, but remain cautious... even suspecting them as from the enemy. The Bible is different. Even if I have difficulty with the Bible, I will confront myself and any ideas I may have with what is revealed there and allow God to use it to read me. I believe we ought to honor the Scriptures as Jesus modeled for us.

@@DanielLovett thank you for the input. I've come out if the struggle and learned to follow love. Jesus is my favorite to learn from but I appreciate other faiths with a love lense over my eyes. I actually see unity from all of my research despite contradictions. One thing that bothers me is if I'm to believe the Bible, then why does that negate all other texts? Why does God make it so hard to learn the truth?
