I bought a 2021 Fabia just a few weeks ago, and I'm still discovering features that were never mentioned when I bought the car, such as cruise control/speed limiter. Unfortunately, the handbook is just too generic, listing every possible option without giving any hint which ones are installed on any specific car.
Even though it's a different model, there is so much commonality that this video is really useful.

How do you switch off the stop/start function, please
you can press the stop/start button very time you get in, but most just leave it on.
The car is a sel not a sportline
How do you delete a destination from the sat nag🤷♂️
You flick the destination to the left and then you can delete
