  • Pseudoglomeris magnifica, The Emerald Cockroach update care and rehouse
Todays video we take a look at the success we have had with our Emerald Roaches, how we care for them and breed them, its time for larger accommodation and a forever home that's escape proof as the babies are so tiny.

Thanks for your great videos, I have had my emerald roaches for about a year but they don't seem to be thriving. Going to redo the enclosure based on your guidance.

What do you do to keep the terrarium moist? Do you spray water or wet a corner of potting soil? Thanks, very interesting video.

At what point do you decide what is food and what becomes a specimen on display? Sorry, couldn't help myself... ;) I once awoke to a large palmetto bug crawling down my back. It felt like a cold necklace chain falling down my skin. All those little legs... I was not happy to have one of those in my bed! We lived in Charleston, SC at the time and those critters were prolific!

Those would look stunning in an enclosure contrasted with some pale whitish bark of some sort

Does the tropical fish food also help maintain the coloring kinda like it does for some fish?
