Great Video but the house is high to have not real up’s grade no shower not patio, cheap counters 👎
That home was upgraded at what KB Homes calls 10%. The 1989 model we filmed is upgraded at their 20% level and has nicer finishes. Check out some of the other builder tours on the channel and you can see the difference between what builders are offering for the price
