My goals for 2023 are:
- start running more
- stop caring what people think so much
- Be there for my friends and family more
- focus on good habits

my main goal this year is to workout-i have insecurities, which is the reason i started working out, but lately i’ve realized that instead of feeling insecure about my body, i should work out to stay healthy, not just to feel pretty. Now, instead of thinking of my insecurities as an obstacle, i see them as a way to prove to myself that i can work hard for what i want, and honestly, it makes me excited to know that i will accomplish this goal!
I wrote all my manifestations down for 2023 in my notes app so here they are;
-go to Australia
-join the basketball team at school
-clear skin
-workout more
-finish the Harry Potter series
-meet ringo star or Taylor swift

Australia isn’t all what u think it is as a born and raised there’s a lot of violence the country isn’t what it was like when I was a kid and the government r cruel demons there’s problems we have with the indigenous and violence happens on a daily basis
my goals/resolutions of 2023:
- don’t be afraid to speak my mind (I’m a people pleaser so I’m tryna learn how to be myself)
- overcome my depression
- read the Bible everyday
- drink more water
- get straight A’s
aaaa I would 100% listen to a Spencer Barbosa podcast!!
since a lot of people are also writing down their intentions for 2023 I will too
-clear skin (not glass skin just clear)
-being cleaner (like bedroom, bathroom etc)
-eventually having a collab with a makeup brand (cruelty free, clean ingredients [no sulphates, phosphates, etc] and made with love)
-white teeth
-working out more
-finding a bf
-getting a scholarship since cosmetology school is expensive
-keeping up my good grades
-spend more time outside (literally because I feel like I have no vitamin D lol)
-eating healthier
im manifesting these for my 2023:
- join the climbing team and start moving more in general
- spend more time drawing snd painting
- work on my confidence
- have a wonderful summer
- spend time with my friends more:)
- more wievs on tt lol
- take care of my curls
- journal more
- buy some new clothes that i like
- get some well paid part time job
- spend less time on the internet
- experiment with makeup
- get a better psychologist lol
- to stop getting affected by what others might think of me
- read more!!!

As someone who has used setting spray I can tell you it 100% works!! Especially because my face gets oily it helps to prevent my blush from coming off as easy.
my goal is to get over my ED and be around people that help me and not bring me down and to do things for myself more. I LOVE YOU SPENCER!!!!!!!!!
