IPL comes and goes, players get bough and sold in auctions, even IPL teams form and vanish (Kochi Tuskers Kerala, Pune Warriors, Deccan Chargers, etc). But national cricket team is much beyond such commercialism. BCCI cannot purchase Travis Head in an auction if he did well against India. Only Indian players will play for team India. And when Indian fans themselves become toxic and tribal due to silly thing like IPL, it hurts Indian players. They abused him, called him names like "chapri". Shame on them. Guess what this so called "chapri" bowled that magical last over that dismissed killer Miller. This same "chapri" took wicket of Klassen without which India had 0 chance. This same so called "chapri" will likely be next T20 captain and will achieve more than any of these trolls sitting in their moms basement. IPL is for helping Indian team become better T20 players. Not for ruining their confidence over some silly franchise rivalry.
