Lil Timmy levels are levels that are levels that are like kids making their first level (i think). Basically it has random/spammed items, enemies and blocks making it chaotic

Another idea: You can have us make a level for you by you putting up a poll with a few different items for us to choose from and the most popular option is what you put in your level.

Auto-Mario and autoscroll levels are indeed two different things. Auto-Mario means that you don't have to press anything, except maybe when you have to enter a door or a pipe to proceed. And autoscroll means that the screen scrolls by itself of course. However the level tags can be wrong oftentimes because some jokesters change them. This is why I locked the tags of my levels.
You technically can go back to previous levels you’ve played, but only by going to your Super Mario Maker 2 ID on the main menu and looking through your recently played levels.

I have 1,000 levels completed in Endless Easy and I'm at 99 lives (which is the maximum). There's actually someone that has like 400k in easy and it's because a lot of levels give you 1-ups. Also, you can skip levels (there is no punishment or anything) by either holding the minus button for a few seconds or (in Handheld Mode) swiping the screen
