The Manufacturing sector in India needs to have some laws that ensures that there is balance between Employee and Employer interests. The role of unions (especially with political party affiliation) must be shutdown and employee interests be driven by employees. Also there must be basic amenities and empathy towards employees. The same crash of employment may happen in India as well, so employees should be mandated to save some part of their salary for long term benefits supported by the employers. A boom is good but there needs to be safeguards.
