This shows the complete weakness of the State of Pakistan; this never happens in any other part of the world. Bahria Town operations should be seized by the State of Pakistan, and the entire area should be brought under the control of the State. All land, whether private or public, needs to be recorded and financially managed solely by government functionaries.

Salaam unfortunately these are just fancy houses, with nothing to make thm buyable.
I live in the UK, where are the facilities to go wth these houses?
I watched the videos, there was no mention of anything like central air conditioning/gas/ gener community generator/
Pest control / runnning filtered water / Wi-Fi facilities etc.
Having fancy ceilings are not a requirements , the above facilities are.
Bahria in my view is far better than anything else you’ll get in Karachi (for kilometres). I mean just count the positives:
. Affordable housing (good house in 3-4cr, won’t be able to afford a decent apartment for that in Karachi)
. Cleanliness, Hygiene, Sanitation
. A sense of good neighbourhood communities.
. Access to all necessary needs of like (grocery stores, shops, restaurants, 2-3 big malls are gonna open in year or two)
Lastly, when u look at stuff like ‘central air cons’, I mean sure, you can get them, the question should be, can you afford them at Rs60 KWh ? Pest control, Bahria does have that, you can call them on their 24/7 help line. As for water, sure it won’t be drinking standard water, but it is filtered water… I mean, in the US tap water isn’t drinkable too, soo like yea ? I’d say Bahria is a pretty decent living, if not ‘first world living’, it sure does knock hard against some countries like the US, or Canada
[if it means anything, I live in Vancouver, Canada 🇨🇦… and Bahria compares pretty up to par, if not higher]
