    Ingredients for cherry compote:
    - 500 grams of cherry
    - Sugar as desired
    - Warm water
    - Saffron
    To prepare the delicious and marketable cherry compote, at first, wash the cherry well with a mixture of water, vinegar, and some salt, then carefully remove their pits and dry them with a clean towel. Put water and sugar on heat until the sugar dissolves.

    Now put it back on medium heat for about 20 to 30 minutes until the Cherry are cooked, but they should not be overcooked as they will become mushy. Remove the plums from the heat and serve them after they have cooled down. This method can last for 10 to 15 days in a jar in the refrigerator. If you want to preserve the compote for a long time, after preparing the compote, pour it into a glass jar with a lid. Heat a pot filled with warm water and place the jars inside it, then place the pot on heat, remove the jars from the pot when the water boils, and turn them upside down for an hour. This method will increase their shelf life.
