I backup my data last week before selling my old phone ... Now i want to backup it is showing backup in Google on and Google drive as well but i am not able to restore...... My all calls, Messages has lost.... Please help.
I believe that restore button is only for Samsung accounts. I have a samsung too, that restore as you can see is for samsung backup, google backup does not have that option, or maybe it does but i don't know how it works but that restore data that is under samsung cloud is only for samsung cloud.

Sure he's more detail. Using the instructions you set out there is no way to restore your google back up.

Yes . I too have Samsung device. I didn't find any restore option in Google
Both are absolutely correct. This does not allow you to restore from google back up. This is a complete lie. Everyone should thumbs down

this is so helpful! google backs up APP, does it back up all apps and setting its data?
