Yelena Belova Theme | Black Widow

Yelena Belova stole the show for many people in ‘Black Widow’ (2021), mainly due to her wit and sarcasm. It’s apparent at times that this is Yelena’s escape from the fact that her life is traumatic and deeply sad. Her theme reflects this.
Lorne Balfe give Yelena a dark and somber theme, featuring choir vocals, piano and a more powerful action section. Yelena, after all, was the “greatest child-assassin the world has ever seen”.
I hope her theme returns in ‘Hawkeye’ and all future projects she appears in. I also hope her character comes to fit this dark and contemplative theme.

Yes it did! Christophe Beck is a legend with the recurring motifs. He also brought back the Vormir theme, Strange theme in WandaVision and uses the avengers theme quite often. He also included Falcon’s theme in the first Ant-Man
