  • If you or someone you know is dealing with a challenging situation and could benefit from additional support, consider talking to one of the 2,000 licensed online counselors at BetterHelp.
Anxiety can be a severe condition that requires the help of a licensed therapist. People experience it in various ways. No two individuals have the same symptoms when it comes to anxiety or panic.
Some people can’t breathe when they’re anxious, and others feel symptoms in their body like numbness and tingling, some have muscle tightness while others suffer from chronic migraines, which can be debilitating. Anxiety can cause insomnia, persistent worrying, intrusive or even disturbing thoughts that don't go away.
Anxiety has the potential to impact relationships seriously. Before it gets to that point, it's essential to address the issues, talk to your loved ones about your anxiety, explain it to them so they can understand what you're feeling.
It’s crucial to understand how to recognize the signs, learn techniques to cope, and manage this legitimate mental health issue in the future. Remember that anxiety is common and you’re not alone. Don’t be afraid to reach out for help. A skilled therapist who specializes in anxiety management can help you create a plan to address your symptoms so you can feel better.

I see a lot of people coming here with anxiety after covid. I wanna let y’all know I give you guys all the support in the world. I’ve been dealing with it for half of my life, and some days are worse than others. You shut down sometimes, and go numb even. But you’re strong enough to fight this horrible illness, and make it through to seek help if anxiety continues to plague you. Be safe, and be healthy both in mind and body.

kika Tis Jesus says, do not be anxious but trust in Him. He loves you, you are valuable to Him, He gave His life for you. Just talk to Him from your heart. If you believe in your heart that He is Lord and that He gave His life for you, and that He rose from the dead then you will be saved. He will give you His peace that surpasses all understanding. He will protect you and you can leave those worries in His hands.

In my opinion, when you're feeling anxious or stressed, your body releases stress hormones, such as adrenaline and cortisol. These cause the physical symptoms of anxiety, such as an increased heart rate and increased sweating. Physical symptoms can include: a pounding heartbeat... Thanks for the video !

I have a similar problem with a 32 year old female i met 5 years ago..She has lost all5 of her children and been mislablled and been cast from society as a mental case...Women are so sensitive to certain hormonal balance disruptions and because they have so much more internal components than a man does they are more sensitive to physical and mental forces such as physical harm and mental abuses some which send their bodies into a self preservation mode .Others are similar to PTSD..but even worse Depression and bipolar disorders due to chemical imbalnces which they have no idea what is going on..Seek a Female proffesssional to come and visit with her if you can ..talk to a proffessionall fisrt before you even do anything ..Women are so independent especially when it comes to listening to thier children ..I know my mother was the same way ..so dont plead or badger her or say anything just be patient and let the proffesionals do this for you.Women are funny they will listen to a complete stranger before they will listen to their own family.

This happens to me during job interviews even over the phone to the point where I have to collect my thoughts onto a script to read off without making it sound like I’m reading off one. I know what to say but I lose my focus and can’t think straight or think at all. It’s uncontrollable and I commend anyone who goes through anxiety or has mental breakdowns but can still look composed on the outside. Anyone who struggles with anxiety. You are not alone. It’s seriously uncontrollable.

I have been living with anxiety for few years but in recent months it’s getting worse. My throat is so tight and keep swallowing as it feels like I can not breath no more. Also I feel extreme tension in my body and very often nauseous and I keep searching certain routes to Escape as I feel that I will throw up. Also I’m very irritated n get annoyed too easily. Low appetite when it hits me.

My anxiety is pretty severe but it does subside and it doesn’t affect me anymore it does come back unfortunately, but I just dont let my brain play tricks on me!
accept anxiety and let it put in your mind whatever it wants to put.
Let it make you think whatever it want you think..
dont fight it back and it will pass..
listen to the thought and move on.. go about your day.. keep busy and eventually you will be laughing at all things anxiety tried to make you feel scared of :)

In my experience I find that I'm so stressed about what I've messed up or successfully executed in the past, that I'll worry about either messing up again or not be able to replicate the success in a situation I'm presently meant to be focusing on. And even looking at the situation from a mile away, I'll end up doing absolutely nothing until it's too late.

Here is a way to deal with anxiety.
Worry is anxiety but what make your or I worry?
    OUR FEARS!
Fear is worry that leads to anxiety. If your learn what is causing you to fear in the moment face it, acknowledge it, break it down.
For example: Death!!! yes we all fear it but whats the point of fearing something that is inevitable to every living thing. Loved ones will die, friends, etc but the key to not worry about death is know that every minute your should realize someone is dead or dying even before covid.
Make a list of worries and see what fear they being to from death, self image, etc and break it down to the point where you accept or make changes to avoid it
Like say your fear of being alone because your fat or scared of medical problems because your fat. Well then do something about it. Exercise, eat right, workout. To beat fear is to not only state it verbally or mindfully but some fears require you to commit to actions to change yourself for the better.
Instead of using fear to worry use it to better yourself.
