    The Dow Jones didn't move from 1967 for 15 years was because it had already moved from 150 levels to 1000, about 7 times in prior 4 years. The market needs time to digest these gains

    Sir. One doubt. For making long term view, to compare Indian per capita with US, will purchasing power parity be also considered. (I'm non-economics background). I found it that in rupee terms, against sm1 who earns 80 lakh a year in US, one would have to earn only 23 lakh in India to maintain similar lifestyle. I'm one of your most keen learners 🙏

    On the ground levels i have also observed that... People are spending a lot on construction,renovation,Paints and Furniture... So that sector can also boom IMO.. Just try to hire a Mason or plumber or a carpenter... No one is free ... all have lot of pending works... Even in rural areas..

    Sir,Great info. . This question is that we are expecting per capita increase but what about as govt. Is taking loan and loan. In the end all the money will taken by leaders of India then again that capta income will slow down?
    As I am trying to shift US as in India acc. To data we have to pay debt then we will group. Isn't.?

    You should've compared the India's current USD income with comparable *inflation adjusted* incomes in US to determine the time period to compare against. In constant currency terms India today would be comparable to US in 1920.

    10m new jobs a year in india will generate 300-350b extra gdp every year and 150b extra wages. But assuming 1m jobs are in the outsourcing /fdi funded sector that is one sector where almost all gdp equals wages. So 40b extra gdp from this sector gives almost similar addition to extra wages. Outsourcing sector thus accounts for 10% of new jobs directly and 10% of growth directly but 25% of the extra wages , consumption and tax collections. Most importantly net new jobs are creating 30-40k usd gdp per capita and this is very different vs the existing 7.5-10k usd gdp
