The release should be more when your in the open position. You close whenever you release and follow through.

I want to play either softball or volleyball. I have experience with volleyball but I've never played softball. We HAVE to be in some kind of extra curricular activity and they recommend sports. They don't have volleyball. So pitching is something else I'm willing to commit into. But. I just need someone to tell me it's with it.

yeah i think theres pitcher cleats and it has extra protection around the toe area
