I have a hundred percent 15-15-15 IV Purified Wobbuffet that I’ve been waiting to XL. I have everything I need just don’t wanna dump the 400k stardust lol I admit tho it would be crazy fun. Especially when combod with another bulky Pokémon like XL lickitung and something fast , spammy and decently bulky in the back…….

Huh, yeah Wobbuffet doesn't get Return OR Frustration in the msg. I wonder why it ended up being a shadow pokemon then if it straight up can't get the move. Then again, Hisuian Sneasel can't learn Return/Frustration either due to the move being deleted in the msg when it came out. So ig it's Niantic's way of saying any pokemon can be a shadow.
