- Putting this shaft in did fix my thumping on deceleration. I lost the outro portion of the video.

Hi Stephen. It's great to see you putting some more quality Grand Cherokee content out again. Thank you.
would you know the torque specs for the lower control arm? i can't find what the two small bolts are, and the 1 big one
Hi Steven. What are the torque specs on bolts. Thanks
I took off the rear driveshaft and unfortunately the part i purchase was off by 2 inches. What part exactly did you buy?
Hi Steven, is this install as easy as removing the old driveshaft and putting on the new? I purchased a new driveshaft for my 2005 Limited and it states that I must compress the CV joint to remove air before tightening the six bolts. I’m confused since there is only 4 bolts in each side.
the factory manual does not mention this, they did mention that I should have marked the flanges on both ends to keep the transfer case and the differential in time
@@SteveRivettso mark both flanges and make sure they stay in the same position? Also, Jeep in Neutral? Just the transmission, or transmission and transfer case?
@@jeremybuskirk9144 yes, may as well mark them so they are kept aligned, it is possible they were balanced together. The transmission can be put in neutral, that allows the transfer case to turn.
