All his combos are scaled. If you actually want to be accurate, you want to label things by the hit count you start with. Also after 236S, the actual optimal is iad jM 5LL 5M.

The actual optimal is 5L(whiff)L 2M 5M but again, keeping it practical and simple for everyone:) like I said at the start, bunch of different routes out there
@@NovaZayn yes, All his combos are scaled. his M and H normals all scale like L normals as penalty for being armored, so calling them "unscaled" is wrong. Only 5LL avoids the penalty since it's not armored.
Hitcount refers to the amount of hits you start your combo with before going to your launcher attack (in Broly's case it being 5H, 2H or 236S mainly). It's a very reliable way to also know which combos to go for without dropping.
If you really want to be exquisite about "optimal" then there's a difference between "optimal" and "simple for everyone", but I digress.
@@rau3412 no one uses hitcount.. but yes, like you said only 5LL is unscaled, but the starter still changes the combo routes to see “which combos to go for before dropping” - which accomplishes something you’re saying is missing ? But I digress
There’s a reason why I always start these off by saying optimal practicals and never include things like jH 5L links:)
