It's kinda crazy seeing how much better the arcade version of this is than on consoles. The console versions would have you believe it was a crap game, but the arcade version actually looks pretty sweet, and kinda stunning as one of the first 3D polygon arcade racers.
I have owned a Race Driving Cockpit for many years. Ive done countless laps and have hosted tournaments with my car enthusiast friends. I thought I knew everything there was to know about the Original track, but Bull taught me a few things that I can't wait to try for myself. In case you happen to read this after all this time, there's a bug you can also exploit in the jump after the loop. More often than not you can approach it at an unlandable rate of speed and put the car in neutral before you leave the ground. Doing this it will allow you to land beyond the safe zone without crashing.
I’ve owned this arcade machine 4 different times (2 HD compacts, 1 RD compact and 1 HD cockpit) and I regret selling it each time. I’ve never had a RD cockpit but I’m on the lookout for one.
The framerate is much smoother on Midway Arcade Treasures 3, I have for Xbox, just posted some plays. Issue is the steering is twitchy on that but I'm getting use to it.. kinda.
this model, the cockpit I actually taught myself to drive a manual on, it was that realistic in experience .

Is it just me or is the little dashboard of the Speedster oddly reminiscent of the 1st Gen Mitsubishi Eclipse?
Anyone know if he's still ok? With Google planning to delete videos from old inactive accounts, special videos like this will disappear forever.
