As a new Chargers fan, longtime Justin Herbert fan, I disagree regarding receiving room.
I really believe that this group will prove much more productive than 2023.
Man, it was tough watch The Chargers under the previous coaches.
So happy the ownership is stepping up.
    Gonna be electric.
    Bolt-Up ⚡️

I think so too. Herbert was throwing nobodies open in his rookie year under a new system

Nothing personal against LA, but they will always be the San Diego "Super Chargers"

Keenan Allen was Herbert's safety blanket, every year. Quick slants and short yardage was his bag. Over 80% of his receptions were under 20 yards, average of 11.5 per in 2023. IMO McConkey was picked up as Keenan's replacement. Big 👽 shoes to fill, but hopefully he can develop into a great weapon for Herbo. Run game will definitely be the difference this year. If opponents are forced to respect the run game more, our WRs should have more 1 on 1 opportunities each game. Also, still holding hope for QJ in his sophomore year. He seemed to get open, just had to work on his hands this off-season. Cant wait to go to training camp and see it all come together! 🙏 BOLTUP! ⚡️ and GO LIONS!!! LETS ALL BITE SOME KNEECAPS!!

McConkey has good footwork and it's a lot faster than keelan Allen.

I feel like Qj could work on separating a little bit more

I am not expecting much the first year. The team still has plenty of room for improvement. What I do like is Jim and Joe being on the same page and rebuilding the team from the trenches out. The foundation of a good football team is being able to control and dominate in the trenches. I like how they are addressing just that.

People are sleeping on Palmer. He's a tough, physical receiver that made some big plays. Needs to stay healthy. Johnston has nowhere to go but up. I'm confident in this regime to put the best players/ competitors out on the field. Bolt the fvck up ⚡️⚡️⚡️

Listen to almost every video you guys put out on the Chargers….great analysis and breakdowns!
I live in LA and season ticket holder. Come out and visit during the season ⚡️🙌⚡️

If we run the ball really good, that means whoever is starting has to be a good blocking WR. We will always be on a 3rd and short situation. Whoever is starting on the WR group must be at their best in getting separation bar none! I think Ladd will have a field day all year long 💪🏽

Palmer plays a lot like Allen physical catcher with good hands n good route running

All we can hope for is that one and or both Johnson and Palmer step up and have a much better season , if it doesn’t go down to the liking of coach Harbaugh and GM Joe Hortiz then I have the utmost confidence in both our head coach and our GM they will do what they have to do to make it happen Bolt Up my brothers and let’s just watch it unfold ⚡️💪😎

It would be nice to hear a breakdown of the tight end group. Along with the receiver group, I thing a good tight end will really help the balance.

Jim Harbaugh has brought in Wolfgang Puck in, to cook healthy good meals for the Chargers. In 2023 the Chargers gave an F grade for the food they were served.

Keenan Allen fits more into the Chicago Bears team.. He can really help with the rookie quarterback. I don't think he's into hard hitting Harbaugh...

Keenan Allen was definitely a security blanket guy lol. Cmon man 100 plus catches a season.. I think we can say he was the Chargers third down receiver, everyone knew he was getting the ball and he was still open. When I look up security blanket in the football dictionary Keenan Allen is in there.

Did anyone watch a USC game last year? No one breaks down Brandon Rice. I think he is grittier and maybe even more talented than Ladd. I think Brandon Rice might have a Puka Nakua type rookie year. He is used to playing with a top tier NFL level quarterback.

Keenan was definitely that guy for us we had thebsaying 3rd and keenan for a reason...keenan created separation he just wasnt very fast....mcconkey is a keenan allen type with more speed.

I’m excited to see how Harbaugh develops Donald Parham at TE. Parham is 6’8” and nimble, a lot of potential imo

I feel Josh Palmer is our WR 1 this season, he can do everything good, not great. But he’s a reliable route runner.

Palmer will be just fine. He has progressed every year. Johnston will improve as well. He is raw, but will have a Mike Williams type of career.

I say trade Palmer. Nothing exciting about his play and he’s not a 1. Let’s get some draft capital or other pieces instead

Stop…..Keenan was only a short area receiver. Just because he’s was taller and bigger didnt make him what you’re calling him. You haven’t watched enough film.
