Vidda - Ole Edvard Antonsen (Official Video)

"Vidda" - After Ole Edvard Antonsen had his boy child dream come through, flying low level in a Norwegian F-16 Fighting Falcon fighter jet above and through the Norwegian "Vidda" (tundra) of Northern Norway, he got so inspired that he immediately wrote this epic song together with his friend and keyboard player Atle Halstensen. In 2006, he recorded the album "Landscapes" with his own band and the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra, and also created this spectacular video together with the legendary video producer Alex Herron, in collaboration with the Royal Norwegian Air Force .

I heard this among others during a presentation of Norwegian Music on a Hurtigruten Expedition Cruise. It was so impressing seeing the coastal landscape and hearing that music.
