    In this video, I walk through the foundations of Pipedrive CRM, from setting up an account to inputting (or importing) data, managing your sales process, automation, and reporting.
    Pipedrive is a sales and marketing automation CRM that helps small, medium (and large!) businesses manage and track their sales pipeline. It’s a simple, affordable, easy-to-use CRM system perfect for growing businesses.

    • Task management: Pipedrive allows you to create and track tasks to stay organized and on top of your sales process.
    • Contact management: Pipedrive allows you to store and track contact information for your leads and customers.
    • Sales pipeline tracking: Pipedrive allows you to track your sales pipeline visually to see where each lead is in the sales process.
    • Automation: Pipedrive can automate a wide variety of tasks involved in the sales process, such as sending follow-up emails and alerting team members.

      We've been super busy with implementation projects so CZcams has fallen by the wayside a bit - but I do intend to create more videos shortly. (Will also invest in a better quality microphone!)

    the exel is the hardest in pipedrive

      When importing it's important to ensure all 'linked' data (i.e Deals/Contact/Orgs) are all on the same line on Excel. If you do this Pipedrive will ensure they're linked correctly when imported.
      If you're 'updating' existing data within Pipedrive then you'll need to export the current data from PD along with the unique ID's, then update the export in Excel and re-import. When you re-import, Pipedrive will recognise the existing data by the ID's and update rather than creating duplicates..

      I have a question when leads are importing(through IMPORT CSV ) ,is there any assign column to assign specific lead to a team member

      Hi, yes! You can simply add an additional column to the spreadsheet for 'owner' and add the team members name, then map the names when you come to the import.
