This show was the final RAE Christmas show ever released to ShowBiz Pizza stores. It features four segments of the Rock-afire Explosion preforming their takes on classic Christmas songs. Aside from that, there are a few things to note about this tape. Firstly, it was an altered version of this showtape was put on cassette tapes and sold at the gift shop at ShowBiz stores. That cassette tape was the last piece of Rock-afire home media ever produced, as well as the last release from Creative Records, CEI's record label. In addition this show would be re-released on S-VHS in 1989 as "SPP Christmas '89" for stores that had converted to the new "CyberStar" show format. That version of the show had the same segments, but now had video footage that was displayed on monitors above the stage, as well as 6 minute countdown intermissions, and video breaks in between songs. It also had a preview of Chuck E. Cheese and Munch's Make Believe Band at the end of the tape to inform ShowBiz employees about the upcoming Concept Unification transision. The CyberStar version of this show played at any remaining SPP stores during the holiday seasons of 1989 to 1992. This show was the counterpart to CEC Home for the Holidays.
