What’s the trick ? The sirens sound exactly like they do here in The U.S.
No trick, the sirens on lots of these are manufactured by Woodway (a Whelen division). The newer ambulances generally feature the Whelen Euro 1, which has over 100 tones to choose from. In case of the UK, they tend to be set up with the same tones as the Whelen Gamma 2. Older ambulances generally used the Whelen Alpha and Whelen Beta range

I think the first one was trying to make itself go slightly faster by using the rumbler siren!

I think you mean the "Phaser" siren
it wont make it faster, its just more alerting so people usually move out of the way more.
@@LondonEmergency999 There's one car I know of that uses a rumbler siren in the UK, it's an ex demonstrator. There was a video of it with the rumbler, but all the videos on that channel have gone private.

Is it just me or do SWASFT Ambulances have a softer sounding siren to the rest of the country (excluding cars)???
It could be because they use the Whelen Gamma 2, as opposed to the standard Whelen Alpha series?

In the case on an immediate emergency, always call 911 in the USA and 112 or 999 in Europe.

Mercedes-Benz and BMW are German so most ambulances and a lot of the paramedic cars are yes.

The problems of the 🚑 ambulances in UK and whales most drivers having no experience if you compare with young generation they're just disturbances the city always jiniya government must change this system according to the law and if you will dial 999 or 111 the 👷 worker start questions you your data its not personal concerned just to arrive in time is better than to started asking questions if Patients need. ..

Ali Mohammed If you are trying to say they shouldn't ask questions... You're wrong. Let's say someone calls in for something like having tripped up the stairs:
*if the operator didn't ask questions:*
*You:* Excuse me! I need an ambulance! I've fallen! (And sometimes: My address is ...)
*Operator:* Alright! We'll find your location! An ambulance is on the way, regardless if someone calls in after being stabbed... Just stay there and stay calm.
*When the operator does ask questions*
*You:* Excuse me! I need an ambulance! I've fallen!
*-Operator:* Alright, so where are you?
*You:* (Address)
*-Operator:* Alright, so how far have you fallen...
*You:* Idk... About 1 meter maybe. I've got a pretty nasty bruse...
*-Operator:* ... Ok, have you broken anything? Can you walk? What other injuries do you have?
*You:* I can walk fine... I just have some pain in my knee... And I scratched my elbow...
*-Operator:* how did you fall?
*You:* I forgot there was a 2nd step and didn't lift my foot high enough...
*-Operator:* ... So you fell on a staircase?
*You:* Yes.
*-Operator:* Well... I'm sorry, it's not an emergency, and not serious enough to send an ambulance... Go see your local doctor if the pains doesn't go away by the end of the week. OK?
*You:* OK.
*The guy who got stabbed had an ambulance available, and was rushed to the hospital: he was saved.*
