Watched this after doing the Wim Hof method and I highly prefer this method for the physical feeling of it but I mentally feel better after the Wim Hof method
DUUUUUUUUDE I do the wim hof method every day now since Saturday and I’ve tried other breathing techniques for the hallucination part and this one just worked better but I stopped halfway through. I’m gonna continue with wim hof and then this like 30 minutes after wim hof every night now.

You clearly have no experience with Yoga or Meditation. Try the Wim Hof breathing technique you can most definitely hallucinate i have many times.
Zobrut isn't the same, it is all overbreathing hold your breath and repeat, i did, and it was really good, it feels like a peace of mind for a while

You don't need to look too much into it, just look up what hyperventilation is. It is exactly that. I am not sure if it could result in any major health problems, but there is some possibility.

Magic mushrooms don't have any real effects unless you do something to harm yourself during the trip or have a pre-existing heart condition, in which case the elevated blood pressure could cause a heart attack. Or at least that's what the internet says. There's also stuff like paranoia and psychosis but I'm pretty sure those are just bad trips.
