Just bought the Phatals today and played a game right out of the box. No need for break in. They felt absolutely great and light! Touch on the ball was amazing. I absolutely love these cleats!
I love mine I go out and practice shooting knuckleballs and almost everyone I shoot knuckled.
I think all the hypervenoms are not glued properly

Can't believe it's been 9 years of these shoes, still have that Phelon, still use them occasionally to this day, the base had come off once lmao, had to get it gummed and stitched but still my favourite boot ever.
I have the phelons and they also have the glove fit feel and they are amazing when it comes to coming in contact with the ball, they are very very flexible! I love the Phelons

Ethan Young it's 1 percent because it gives you protection on your feet, like it hurts when I pass really hard or juggling.
The only way the boots affect the playing js if they're made of cardboard or somthing

The world cup boots for this year look so amazing. They're pretty much like the clash colorways before. The hypervenoms are almost all white with some yellow/neon green. The ctrs look amazing though

Top end cleats are good for when you know your foot won't grow anymore. Why spend 200$ on a pair of cleats when you will only use the for a year or less.

I tested the Phatals out and they're really nice. I also tried the CTR360 Trequartista 3 and it has a thin material. Both takedown models are very good.
I think that if you're looking for a hypervenom model that would last you longer, you should go for the phatal because the phantom does tear quite easily but if you don't mind the duration of the phantoms then I recommend you get the phantoms

Yeah. Personally I think the phelons are better than the phatals but that's just me. Comfort isn't really everything and I think I can deal with the plastic plate just fine.the honeycomb just gives me a little more grip than the smooth plastic finish on the phatals. Overall they are pretty much the same with a different upper and sole plate. And that's why I will be purchasing the phelons but also because they are cheaper. :3
***** The phatals have the honey comb just not as noticeable and the sole plates more durable. So you get more for you money on phatals while with the phelons you get what you pay for cheaper material.
The phatals are better then thu phelon it's got better performance and very good high quality
Actually, it does not really matter how good the shoe is, it is how good you are. People can get shoes so branded but in the end, they dont play well but some people with not branded shoes can play better.

Yes. All the AG stud patterns in all the football (soccer) boots Nike make are the same, the FG is all different (between the lines), but there are no differences in the AG stud pattern.
At this point I don't think anyone in 2013... was expecting such a evolution to the hypervenom

I Had Phatals but they Ripped this morning and i've only had em for 2 months. I just got a refund and bought the Phelons which gave me an Extra 60 Bucks to buy the Messi World cup ball which is epic. Anyway, im actually suprised with the quality of the Phelon, back two months ago i was saying how amazing the Phatal was and how underrated it was but now i'm saying the same about Phelons, they're just as good as Phatals!

Hello SR4U, I really like your videos! I just have one question mate. I play on artificial grass for my varsity team but I always wore FG studs. Do you think the studs on the HV Phantoms are too delicate for Artificial Turf? My CTR 360 III Maestri's studs were so strong even if they were FG. And which colorway do you think is the best? The HyperVenom Phelon FG weighed 8.50 ounces when you compared it to the Mercurial Victory 4 FG. But now it weighs only 8.15 ounces!? Where the heck did the 35 ounces go?
Im a defender and I was wondering which of these cleats I should get. I usually take free kicks from at least 25 yards out. My high school team I play on we either play on turf or regular grass. The problems that ive had with previous cleats are that they begin to peal off from where the bottom meets the actual side of the cleats.
Your cleats split because you aren't supposed to use natural grass cleats (fg and sg) on turf.
Hopefully I can get the phantom's if things get better with the family...

Can I order outside the US especially to Africa? I currently have the Hyper Venom Phantom, which I got through a friend. That is a one piece of a cleat. Very light superb on the ball and makes you feel barefooted because of its lightness.

i wanted to get the phatal for artificial ground, but i was wondering how they are because for me they look to be quite different from the phantoms because it looks like there isn't any nike skin padding like on the phantoms which in my opinion makes the hypervenom so special..so my question is if the lack of nike skin padding on the phatals make them a lot different from the phantoms?? lacing placement is pretty much identical on each model if not identical so there isn't much for him to touch upon..
Josh if your a younger player like 12~14, the age where your foot is still growing, should I still by the top ends. Knowing my foot will just out grow it.

According to me Hypervenom Phelons are not that bad in terms of fit,feel and quality.Yes they may feel cheap or plastiky but,they have a really good feel.
Do the phantoms only tear with extensive use? I've been really hyped to buy them but reading reviews that say they aren't reliable have made me reconsider, i play twice a week, and only usually freekicks and the like, so my question is how easily do phantoms tear?
Yes. It can also depend on what surface youre playing on with them so if youre wearing a firm ground version on an ag surface the durability will decrease. For the use youre intending it should be fine as freekicks etc dont really do too much to harm your shoes.

Hey I bought the Nike Hyper venom phade's yesterday they were $80 (AUS) I don't know if I should return them, can you please do a review or just tell me what you think of them? I've been looking for a proper review for hours can't find any except kids Unboxing the shoe and they don't explain anything, I play with orthotics.
The Real Buk That seems like quite a lot for the Phade. It's a budget model. There's nothing special about them really. I would personally return them and go for something like a Nike Tiempo Genio.

They should fit good but only the phantoms stretch so wide feet will most likely fit
