These tahini cookies won’t ruin your New Year’s resolution. They are crunchy and delicious, but also good for you. These cookies are dairy, gluten free and vegan. They don’t contain refined flour and sugar. Instead, they are made from nuts, seeds and maple syrup as a sweetener. In a single serving you get fiber, protein and healthy monounsaturated fats. Try them and let me know what you think.

Sorry, no. I don't know Turkish. Pleas, use Google translate.
Hi, can i use coconut flour instead of almond flour?
Hello. I haven’t tested the recipe with coconut flour and I don’t think that it would work. Coconut flour is very dense and if you decide to substitute it you would have to use less than what the recipe calls for. I think that the correct substitution was for one cup of almond flour you should add 1/4 cup coconut. I still wouldn’t recommend it because the taste and the texture of the cookies will be different.
