If you get a laptop try get a windows one that has at least 16gb of ram and for a pc I would suggest watching some Yt vids to find the best one for u

I do edit first. Then Precompose it add your CC don't do it when your doing the edit cause it makes it really laggy and it will be harder to be on beat.

What pc or computer do you use bro I’ve never seen after effects run as smoothly than on your computer
I built it with some parts from my old pc but it’s probably worth around £750 it’s got 32gb ram a ryzen 5 5600x and a gtx 1660 but ima upgrade the gpu
@@1ucavfx Nice bro that 32gb ram definitely comes in handy for after effects. My biggest problem is the RAM I need to upgrade it.
