Except for teeth eroding down the line. Still drinking them occasionally tho.
They actually don’t erode your teeth because it’s carbon dioxide and your mouth will neutralize it.
@@trevorwalton8663 Carbonated drinks have carbonic acid which is slightly acid and may erode teeth.
This is true. Drinking carbonated water drinks excessively is not good for you. But meh, I drink them on occasion too
When it comes to the water, it's proven to be so so so very minor... Barely worth mentioning. It's the sugary stuff that was pushing that even more.
Phosphoric acid in cola sodas can erode your teeth, carbonated water can give you gas but it wont erode your teeth.
this "expert" you have on is anything but an expert if she things natural flavors mean real natural flavors. Where do you find these people?
What a lackluster coverage of the topic. Tell the viewers that natural flavor could be BEAVERS BUT OIL. Yes BEAVER EXCREMENT
Very interesting. Good video. ❤️
Anna Gatpandan agreed
It's all about spin drift 🍇🍉🍊🍋🍎🍏🍐🍑🍒🍓🍅🍍🥝🥑
no matter what people will find anything that they think sounds healthy but be anything but healthy.
People!! Just drink mineral/spring water and add your own fruit to it. At least then you know what the fuck you're actually drinking! SMDH!
Why you got cuss…u mad
@@sharonanderson5619 she mad cause fruit still has sugar maybe people want 0 sugar
OMG
"as-pair-i-tame"
"Yeah, anything you can't pronounce" 🤣
I've been highly skeptical of these "natural flavors" drinks for awhile. There is no free lunch in life. Things that are too good to be true almost always are. But, they are probably still better for you than soda supersaturated with sugar.
