The last tip made me remember my first houses! All they were, were ugly boxes with very minimum furniture.

I used hot pink lighting once for my bathroom and it also had rainbow spotted walls 😭
Mine was a massive box with a sleeping bag and fireplace. It was really sad… but I made it better by making an actual plot instead of… the other house. Then I made another house and it was just an extension of the starter house with a vibe room and entertainment room. The colors were really ugly and I bulldozed it 😔 so there’s my mistake sorry for the rant

My first house was HOT PINK with the polka dot texture. I REALLY dont wanna remember that 😀

Another mistake is not stocking up on limited food like the 2023 cake which will most likely never return just like the 2023 new years decorations love your vids

idk why but when i was younger i got that halloween candy bucket and went trick or treating in game right not knowing in like 5 years from now its limited edition and you can’t get it anymore
i love ur vids it helps with my builds! one tip tho is putting roofs in the basement and resizing it. it looks good and i think you should add it to your next tip video

•your job level
Also, don't hire builders, build houses by yourself,
you feel more proud of yourself if its good than if it was built for you
my first ever house had no decoration, no roof, was barely painted, was very giant and had very cheap items, i think i dont want to be reminded of that..

Mistake 5 happened to me 3+ times and I never learned and each time I lose 30k-100k+ (normally they ask me to pay them 30k a day but they build good until they blank me and Unfriend me and stuff)

1:50 Yh I asked someone to build my house, and they ended up not making one, cause I didn’t realise they were chatting…
one time i made a house and it was just a 3 by 3 tower but i didn’t know how to manually place floors so i had to build and delete walls to get gaps in the floors for stairs 💀

I actually took pictures of my first house, I saved up 1.4 mill for it and it was very outdated, I even went through the entire place in a video so I still have it

I ended up getting hacked and losing my first house (the hacker deleted it) but jokes on them I spent 4 years building a way better mansion thats over 3 mil plus I've never bought in game money only bloxbux I worked for every dollar on that house

i didnt like the og house. nor do i wna build. my solution? everything out on lawn. no walls nothing. just stove, countertops, ice cream machine, fridge, fruit bowl. tv, computer, desk, bathtub and bed and couch
