Aap dekhenge ki 99% cases me Delay Advocates ke karan hota hai - wo log ya to ek hearing me pura documents submit hi nahi karte hai phir Naya date maang lete hai ya phir koi aur Karan se date par date lete rahate hai..
Aur ha Esme Judge sahab bhi kuch nahi kar sakte hai aur unko obliged hona hi padega kyoki court/law me date baar baar extend karne ka pravdhan hai (But not for unlimited time), phir Advocate sahab ek case ko bahut lamba kheech sakte hai .

Constitution gives equal rights to each and every citizen.It is not fare to give additional benefits to people of legal setup.If they get salary they are also legal servant of general masses.Because salary given to them is from tax being paid by common man.It means all decision is in their pocket which is not acceptable. If a judge do any mistake he is also citizen of country and as per constitution all citizen or equal so he must be treated equally

The restriction provided in the law to arrest a Judicial Officer is absolutely necessary to perform his/her duties without any fear or favour.

अरेस्टिंग की परमीशन न मिले तो पुलिस को चाहिए कि ऐनकाउन्टर कर दे।हद हो गई आम जनता की बात आती है तो कोर्ट उसे घसीट कर लाने को भी कह देती है और जब बात अपने ऊपर आती है तो न्यायपालिका अपने को ईश्वर के समकक्ष बताने लगती है।ये किसी को क्या न्याय देंगे जो असमानता की कहानियां बनाये बैठे हैं।ये ही वे लोग हैं जो भ्रष्टाचार को जन्म देते हैं।

कानून बदलने चाहिए । जज गलती करे या कोई गलत निर्णय दे तो उस पर भी तत्काल कार्यवाही होना चाहिये और साथ ही सभी जजों की सैलरी केस के निर्णय पूरे देने के अनुसार ही हो , जैसे अगर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ये तय कर दे कि एक केस के पूरे होने के 5000 रु ,तब जज कभी भी तारीख आगे नही बढ़ाएँगे और गलत निर्णय देंगे तो कार्यवाही । इससे भारत की सभी अदालतों में मुकदमे पेंडिंग नहीं रहेंगे और जनता को न्याय जल्दी मिलने लग जाएगा ।
