Aight, imma be honest. The mk1 is balanced. You need an insanely high technical skill to use it efficiently, unlike the mk2. Plus, this was back before everyone shat millions, so you'd have 3 oppressors in a lobby max, and usually they'd be in Blaine county, not LS. Gunrunning was good, after hours was murder.

If those Missles aren't faster than the P-996 Lazer Jets from Fort Zancudo, the Jet griefing won't stop.

and Hydra jets, The main problem
Missiles are already faster than the lazer, tbh the hydra is faster but it takes more time for the hydra to hit full speed. The only way to stop it, is either make the missiles even more faster (probably still won't work), or make it so it's more difficult to escape from a missile (aka just making the missile be able to turn more in mid air), either that just make a vehicle that uses explosive bullets that are quite op. Simples.
Beerus the missiles will be OP don't worry, and if they don't work there's an AA cannon with explosive bullets like the hydra.... I'm a jet player and I think I'll be having fun blowing all the jets up with my new AA artillery on the ground TBH :)
