Amazing win by the Roosters, but Sam Walker definitely on fire tonight. His kicking game was at 100 the whole way through. That first try by the Dragons was miraculous though, hats off to that.
Yes sam walkers performance was great but can we all take a moment to admire Egan Butcher's flick pass for Suallii to score his first try since round 26 2023
I’m a Roosters fan. I expected great things from Suallii. I’m somewhat disappointed.

Suallii is not a centre. He is a much better winger.
That semi hesitation step he makes doesn't work it just loses him time and traction to the ground, he would make more meters and perhaps more breaks if he ran normally.

Roosters were so fired up for this. Walker was on fire, the massive first hit up, Brandon diving on a ball when there were six players closer to it than him. Then the build up for the final try where they restrict Dragons to a 5m set, start their set from 15m out and end with an Egan Butcher wonder-offload and Sualli'i try.
That’s how you play footy, roosters play like this the premiership is yours
they lost against Bulldogs and other teams already this one win your saying they can win premiership 😂😂
And yet in 2023 panthers lost against the formal wooden spooners tigers and still managed to win the premiership

Can’t believe what I just watched!!!! Great opening try. And then? Dragons just seemed to capitulate. Roosters were like of old. Give Walker a year or two and he could go all the way. But for me the Butcher Brothers were on fire. Their individual skills are a joy to watch...... man, Eagan’s flick pass at speed was top shelf...... they remind me of Aubusson, always grinding away in the background but given half a break they have the skills to put points on..... off the bench in Origin, they wouldn’t be out of place.....

I question the integrity of a player (and the integrity of the NRL to allow Religious displays) who performs a religious display as was performed on the field by a Dragons player just seconds before the game. (Why can't they pray in the tent prior to entering the field) If this is deemed to be acceptable behaviour, (to advertise their Religion) then we should encourage Payne Hass to do something similar in his capacity as a Muslim and when he stands after kneeling down, should yell, Allahu Akbar.
