The question on the way forward can best be answered by Owek. Muliika. There's a an existing constitution of Buganda. That constitution is what needs to be published. This unit of Buganda has to be recreated to be semi-autonomous under a central government of possibly Kenya and Uganda united

Ebibira( forests) swamps, River banks Lake shores, and National parks etc. All that was part of Crown land and became Gov't land, cos in the Colonial day it was managed by the Head of the British monarch( King or Queen).
