    My themes change and get stuck on things that don’t matter, it’s so weird how creative and yet destructive ocd is, if I don’t do things in time or if wake up late or if I don’t go to the gym, I have this guilt response with fear, it’s like I want to do the things I want but ocd wants no mistakes and no imperfections, it only wants certainty and it turns me into a people pleaser that is afraid is making the wrong move.

      I can relate that. We are used to think "OCD go against what we want", but he can use even the things we want to attack us, distorting our desires and adding things we don't want, causing confusion

    How about valuing freedom? As in I want the freedom to choose what I do with my time and energy and day, if I want to chill and just have a lazy relaxed day I want the freedom to do that - and not having it filled with physical and mental compulsions.
    Just the freedom from this cycle I guess.
    Would a approach like this can be helpful? Because the more I think about it I realize that I just miss true freedom to live my life in any way i choose to and not having to deal with managing controlling preventing “disasters” and symptoms
