Reminds me of how they have us Juggler and Crab Call while we were trying to get the 200 candle sword suit in Season of Little Prince. And right now not only is there the Aurora pants and mask people are grinding for, but Pleaful Parent and also the stuff from Days of Featlst costs over 400 candles according to one of my friends... We are right through them. I know they need to make money somehow but this is just greed at this point. The cost of the snowman item is 150... And it is a very pointless item. I kind of regret buying it knowing I will never use it but the longer I put things off the harder collecting everything becomes in the future... Poor moths........
@@shadowdemonaer I don't understand why the in game currency stuff has to be so expensive. There are already IAPs that they make $ off of, like why do I need so many candles for a snowman?? Once you pay into this game they just don't stop trying to prey on you... and once you've spent money you feel too trapped to leave. The exception are the anniversary hats, which make me so happy when they come around because even the newest of moths can buy them

Yesterday i spent the candles i saved by not buying the Auroras season, buying the pillow, music sheet, lens from the Yeti and the red scarf (leaving behind the red christmas cape), and now this... and it isnt over yet since the year of the rabbit is comming soon too (i want the tiger mask and some other stuff) 😵💫.
@@helinaziz8722 I think it's that they want to make money off of the 'free' stuff by making people buy candle packs... nothing is free in this game, not even free stuff. I already bought aurora iap why do I need to grind my rear off to get some Christmas clothes?? Plus, even if I grind it won't be enough and it would push me to buy candle packs, which is the whole point. And ONE IAP is more than the cost of the ENTIRE journey game, except the hair accessories which are the only semi cheap things in the game. You need 150 candles for the snowman and 15 costs 5 usd.
Guys, you don't need to get every item, so don't worry too much, just ask yourself if one of the item is worth the grind! Choose what you like the best! I personally won't buy the guitar because I already have a red string instrument (my beloved ukulele) and I won't buy this cape because I like the black and orange one from abyss better. Not getting them doesn't make me less of a veteran! And the point of the Traveling Spirit is that they return, you know ;)
I like playing sky with this kind of mindset, the amount of accessories you have or the limited stuff you have doesnt make you more/less worthy than other players, specially recently since sky has changed a lor from what i used to be when i joined (Season of dreams) i had to quit the game for around a year because of my own mental health and when i came back i kept blaming myself because of all the stuff I missed, but, at the end of the day it doesnt matter what really matters is enjoying the game and if you are not you should really consider taking a breath

I was apparently thinking that last time since I didn't buy anything from this spirit and intended to take my chances waiting for its third return.... BUT... The cape does look green and when paired with the Aurora green/ teal 200 regular candle pants look perfect like a set Y__Y Now I have to grind max every single day till the spirit goes to have a chance to get the cape, I regret getting the items from the hermit soo much, I wish there was a return button T___T
Guys just remember, this is a game you do not need to own everything, only get what you want. Yes I get it’s ridiculous the amount of candles we have to save for the event, season and ts, but it’s not I big deal if you don’t get everything

Yeah true, I sometimes forgot that this is supposed to be a relaxing game and instead taking it stressfully and grind everyday if I have the time Prob becuz I just became obsessive into collecting stuff especially limited I started sky at the prince season and I didn't know anything around that time, so I ended up missing out on the pants Whenever I see ppl wearing it I can get a little jealous, it's not really that good compared to the fire pants (I forgot the name, but I remember it's fire), but I just want to keep it in my sky closet

9:01 so, according to this, if you have 0 candles right now, Wings: 84 candles, 2 ac in total (you could just do a RED shard event or go to eden), 9 candles for 3 hearts. for the 3rd lvl emote. ( if you start today so u do one of the candle runs today ) you could cr for 10 candles for 1 day, then cr for 15 candles for 1 day, then do cr for20 candles for 3 days, you'll have 85 candles, which is enough for only the wings and the things leading up to it. guitar: 94 candles, 2 ac in total( you could just do a RED shard event or eden), 9 candles for 3 hearts, for the 3rd level emote. ( starting today so u do one of the candle runs today ) u could do a cr of 15 candles for 1 day, and for 4 days cr for 20 candles, you'll have 95 candles! mask: 47 candles in total, 5 for the spell leading up to the mask. cr for 15 candles for 2 days, cr for 20 candles for 1 day, you'll have 50 candles at the end! all the (leveled up) emotes: 13 hearts = 39 candles plus the spell that u need to get, 5 candles = 44 candles, and 2 ac. To the folks flexing their TGC hate- I want you to think about every other app you have on your phone. Riddled with ads every 5 seconds so you can play for "free". For a couple of minutes of gameplay you must exchange sitting through 5 minutes worth of ads. I want you to think of a time you ever experienced an ad while playing Sky. Can't think of any? Exactly. Those of us who can afford it are willing purchase in game items or candles. This is how they afford to provide us a peaceful and completely ad free game. I am happy to give these people who work so hard on this beautiful game some compensation for their hard work so they can have a wage and feed themselves and their families. Traveling spirits are not one and done. They come back. It might not be soon, but they will. And if you can't afford everything right now then that's fine. You can wait until next time when you have more candles saved up.
Okay that could be a point but no. This game is shit. It is about friendship! what do you need to friend players? Candels . okay what do you need to get the friend emotes? Heards. how do you get hearts? Candels. After unlocking them you need to spend candels again and again to unlock them with your friends. Unlocking friendship treu feels like traveling spirit but you know that if the other Player drift away it was a waist of candels. Candel packs cost 5€ for me. You get 15 candels out of it if you unlock the latest 2 friendship emotes your friend is like 10€. Now you think it might be worth it but in a game abot friendship I left players I wanted to add A) I had no candel B) I really wanted an new time limited cosmetic. It maybe stupid but I was sure not the only one. Other games give you free stuff if you can't play becouse of a Bug or somthing try to find that in sky. everytjing get's mode and more expensiv. Not online candels but IA too. Sure they need money but they did it in the past too. It just feels like the saw oh look we can make a bit mode money if we make it a bit more expensiv... some say sky has potential but I can't see that. This game isn't about friends not really. It's about grinding your ass of spending money. Put players in a world give them some Story and a System give them cosmetics that wont come back so the feel like they need them. Give them somthing that Shows how long they play and how cool they are so others want to be like them. Try to catch them and let them have to play the game every day. In the hope it is never empty. I could say a lot more. It isn't the game I thought it would be. Forget the daily life and play somtimes. And mabe you can find Things that let the game look good to you. But somthing sure feels off. Imagen sky as a singen player game. But hey if I would be Tgc I would have done the same if you creat a multy player game and know how much money you can make with that System. Hell yea. Just to point out, it's still your decision but, the last items on Aurora's branch are limited to the season, so, the mask with the stars and the green pants WILL GO after the season ends, meaning that you won't be able to get them later... If you ask me, i rather take those limited items now and hope for the best for the TS since they always return at some point but not the green pants and the mask of Aurora 👀 just saying... I'm a Beta tester so i know my info.

@@JeanKMotta I'm a beta tester too so I understand it. I maybe buy that pants before the season end. Actually I do not like that pants and I know that I will never wear it. However it's a limited item so I will buy it. I have over 300 candles now. Seasons end after 12 days, so collecting 20 candles a day is possible for buying the pants and mask. But I've been waiting for this spirit so long so I can not miss it anymore. I have to wait another years to get it if I miss. So I chose which one is my priority now. And I think many people think the same.
Cannot believe they’re bringing in this spirit, right around my first skyversary, during an expensive event, and when I still haven’t relived this spirit despite playing for a year…. Oh well, time to drag a friend along to finally go grab this one. At least I have some krill repellant.
This is one of my favorite instruments I have! I'm very happy everyone has a chance to get it! No more "flexing" for me pfff. Oooh and now I have chance to wear that fancy mustache I didn't get last time lol

But oh my God I am never financially recovering from this....... Edit: I'm only getting the guitar. The cape can absolutely wait. It will only cost me 88(?) To do this. I'm still dying but it'll be okay 🥺 Edit 2: i got the cape too because I don't have much green in my closet. Not sure if that was the best choice but I think I will be glad to wear it later. I'm currently too fixated on my current Aurora gear, but you never know.
oh my, as a new player (i started playing in the first day of the aurora concert), i didn't realize how expensive this game could get LMAO! Like i saw those cute antlers and i was like "these are so cute!" and when i finally figured where to find those to buy IT'S SOO EXPENSIVE!!
People please, i just want to point out something, yes, there is a lot going on but, hear me on this, Aurora's last items on her branch are limited, after the season is over, those items will go away and you won't be able to get them later, technically, free limited items you can get with regular candles... The TS is very popular i know, but if you really want those green pants and/or mask from Aurora, now is the time, that TS WILL return eventually in a future, but Aurora's limited cosmetics won't. At the end is your call, but knowing this hopefully helps you all have a better idea and help on your decision making, anyway, have a great time.
Secondly, if someone is thinking on putting money on the line for the guitar, remember there is a music shop at Dreams area at the theater 🎭 sooooooo is the same guitar but white 👀 just saying...
Little reminder that not everyone has the time to grind each day for candles, some of us still have school and/or work to prioritise instead of spending hours for a virtual cosmetic 😔
I’m so happy I got the Aurora cosmetics out of the way. But I’m upset with myself that I spent half of my candles on days of feast already. This week imma have to be working hard on my farming!😩
I really like this game, but the fact that it’s live service eliminated the chance of it ever being as special as Journey IMO. Wish they just charged for it up front so MTX didn’t have to take such a massive front seat.
Remember that if you've finished the season then whatever seasonal candles you have now will be converted into regular candles at the end! So I will have 130 new candles once the season ends that I'm planning to use for the days of feast event so not worth trying too much about it right now.
Just got the spirit! I was pretending to be afk to see if someone would do it for me, someone came and they kept hesitating (I don’t blame them) so I decided to do it myself so we could both get the spirit. It was terrifying and all I could hear was my heart beating (the music and sound wasn’t working and I’m sorta glad for that 😅). Luckily I had gotten twelve krill repellents, and I was on my way! Halfway through (only had two left) they (the other person) decided to jump in and got krilled. I was too faraway to help them and when I met them I deep called and we went on to finish the quest! Ended up with a new friend! 🎉
I'm so glad I only want the guitar. Patience is my strong suit, whenever they get back, I will get the rest of the cosmetics, unless they're something more interesting to get.
kinda happy it came bc its my fav intstument and i was going to buy the green pants but i realized that i just dont like it anymore, mostly bc of the change, even tho i dont like being barefoor i prefer that than the green feet :,) it looks like shrek now lol. i can save my candles and get my fav instrument now!

Go for ts cus we don't know when will it return again it might take 11 months, 1/2 yrs, we can't pridict but for event like feast, Halloween,etc it does have a specific month but it's up to u and I am not forcing u to go for ts , just do that won't regret u later :).
600 🕯 left after I bought Cure For Me, Aurora sheets and Feast tables (plus the new items). Just to be clear, Feast items will return while Aurora’s limited items aren’t (but the spirits from season of aurora will return in the future and sheets from Aurora’s guide remain)
Most people (including me) sadly wont be able to get cape and guitar. It’s an expensive event, and an expensive TS. It’s so sad. Should’ve waited before getting that 200 candles aurora pants that i never use :(. For the people that bought performance rhythm guitar (including me x2) i suggest getting the cape as these guitars have the same sound, except color difference. And for the people that say that belonging guitar is gonna be rare oMmMmggGgGggG well the belonging cape aswell so buy the frickin belonging cape if you bought rhythm guitar (or buy both if you have 1 000 candles)
I will say, just as a warning for anyone trying to decide what to buy, I just brought the cape and I cannot believe how green it is. Like it is definitely not black or blue as it looks in this video, it's a forest green under MOST of the lighting situations imo. For reference I thought it would match nicely with the peeking postman (if it looked more black) or the modest dancer outfit (more blue like the pants of the outfit) but...nope. it's literally just forest green, it matches neither, really only if you look at this cape under dark lighting like night at home or the vault does it match. I'm so sad I brought this cape and probably can't get the guitar as a result :(

agh... i know the pricing is definitely a pain point for lots of people, but i know in my heart i should be relieved these are traveling spirit items... i'm one of the ppl who really only wants the instrument! the cape is really nice but i go for it seems only red or pinkish items LOL! looking forward to see if i can gather the needed candles and hearts to get up to it :)
I WAS SAVING CANDLES FOR THE AURORA IN GAME PANTS. IM FIGHTING FOR MY LIFE HERE i currently have 120 candles. someone calculate if i can get both the spirit and candles if i collect min 10-12 candles a day.
I highly recommend getting the Aurora pants, since they will NEVER come back. EVER. Pleaful Parent will come back at another time. Might not be sooner, but they WILL come back.

I wasn't unintalling this game just to gather my favourite items, not even all items and TGC decided to give xmas chat table, aurora pants, snowman prop and this TS - have been eyeing this guitar and cape for months- all at once. TGC never did it in past two years of my playing. They had tried to pull similar shit during Little Prince season but this time, company went overboard with cramping and sending everything all at once. Guess I am gonna just skip all of them since I am sick of it. 👋

Out of words but I got it. Tgc just want the popular items to stay popular and rare. By giving us an expensive spirit at the end of Aurora season (3 days ago I bought green pants rip 🥹) and during days of feast. Most sky kids are broke...so not many could afford it...that means these items won't be common (when it's common, it loses its originality and the value). Tgc you really don't give a single peace during Christmas??? Want us to buy the candle packs?? I'm not f2p, I bought white guitar, bat Cape, spider cape, witch hat, pumpkin light, rainbow headphones, lot of hair accessories, new white Christmas cape, deer's thorn,... To the folks flexing their TGC hate- I want you to think about every other app you have on your phone. Riddled with ads every 5 seconds so you can play for "free". For a couple of minutes of gameplay you must exchange sitting through 5 minutes worth of ads.

Traveling spirits are not one and done. They come back. It might not be soon, but they will. And if you can't afford everything right now then that's fine. You can wait until next time when you have more candles saved up.

Okay that could be a point but no. This game is shit. It is about friendship! what do you need to friend players? Candels . okay what do you need to get the friend emotes? Heards. how do you get hearts? Candels. After unlocking them you need to spend candels again and again to unlock them with your friends. Unlocking friendship treu feels like traveling spirit but you know that if the other Player drift away it was a waist of candels. Candel packs cost 5€ for me. You get 15 candels out of it if you unlock the latest 2 friendship emotes your friend is like 10€. Now you think it might be worth it but in a game abot friendship I left players I wanted to add A) I had no candel B) I really wanted an new time limited cosmetic. It maybe stupid but I was sure not the only one. Other games give you free stuff if you can't play becouse of a Bug or somthing try to find that in sky. everytjing get's mode and more expensiv. Not online candels but IA too. Sure they need money but they did it in the past too. It just feels like the saw oh look we can make a bit mode money if we make it a bit more expensiv... some say sky has potential but I can't see that. This game isn't about friends not really. It's about grinding your ass of spending money. Put players in a world give them some Story and a System give them cosmetics that wont come back so the feel like they need them. Give them somthing that Shows how long they play and how cool they are so others want to be like them. Try to catch them and let them have to play the game every day. In the hope it is never empty. I could say a lot more. It isn't the game I thought it would be. Forget the daily life and play somtimes. And mabe you can find Things that let the game look good to you. But somthing sure feels off. Imagen sky as a singen player game. But hey if I would be Tgc I would have done the same if you creat a multy player game and know how much money you can make with that System. Hell yea. I wish I had that Idea.

Just to point out, it's still your decision but, the last items on Aurora's branch are limited to the season, so, the mask with the stars and the green pants WILL GO after the season ends, meaning that you won't be able to get them later... If you ask me, i rather take those limited items now and hope for the best for the TS since they always return at some point but not the green pants and the mask of Aurora 👀 just saying... I'm a Beta tester so i know my info.

However it's a limited item so I will buy it. I have over 300 candles now. Seasons end after 12 days, so collecting 20 candles a day is possible for buying the pants and mask. But I've been waiting for this spirit so long so I can not miss it anymore. I have to wait another years to get it if I miss. So I chose which one is my priority now. And I think many people think the same.

People please, i just want to point out something, yes, there is a lot going on but, hear me on this, Aurora's last items on her branch are limited, after the season is over, those items will go away and you won't be able to get them later, technically, free limited items you can get with regular candles... The TS is very popular i know, but if you really want those green pants and/or mask from Aurora, now is the time, that TS WILL return eventually in a future, but Aurora's limited cosmetics won't. At the end is your call, but knowing this hopefully helps you all have a better idea and help on your decision making, anyway, have a great time.
Secondly, if someone is thinking on putting money on the line for the guitar, remember there is a music shop at Dreams area at the theater 🎭 sooooooo is the same guitar but white 👀 just saying...

I really like this game, but the fact that it’s live service eliminated the chance of it ever being as special as Journey IMO. Wish they just charged for it up front so MTX didn’t have to take such a massive front seat.
Remember that if you've finished the season then whatever seasonal candles you have now will be converted into regular candles at the end! So I will have 130 new candles once the season ends that I'm planning to use for the days of feast event so not worth trying too much about it right now.

Just got the spirit! I was pretending to be afk to see if someone would do it for me, someone came and they kept hesitating (I don’t blame them) so I decided to do it myself so we could both get the spirit. It was terrifying and all I could hear was my heart beating (the music and sound wasn’t working and I’m sorta glad for that 😅). Luckily I had gotten twelve krill repellents, and I was on my way! Halfway through (only had two left) they (the other person) decided to jump in and got krilled. I was too faraway to help them and when I met them I deep called and we went on to finish the quest! Ended up with a new friend! 🎉
It's a good thing that i don't instantly spent my candles on feast items 😄
I'm so glad I only want the guitar. Patience is my strong suit, whenever they get back, I will get the rest of the cosmetics, unless they're something more interesting to get.

Most people (including me) sadly wont be able to get cape and guitar. It’s an expensive event, and an expensive TS. It’s so sad. Should’ve waited before getting that 200 candles aurora pants that i never use :(. For the people that bought performance rhythm guitar (including me x2) i suggest getting the cape as these guitars have the same sound, except color difference. And for the people that say that belonging guitar is gonna be rare oMmMmggGgGggG well the belonging cape aswell so buy the frickin belonging cape if you bought rhythm guitar (or buy both if you have 1 000 candles)
No if you start collecting candles from now. You will be able to buy one of them. 20 candles a day is possibe.
I will say, just as a warning for anyone trying to decide what to buy, I just brought the cape and I cannot believe how green it is. Like it is definitely not black or blue as it looks in this video, it's a forest green under MOST of the lighting situations imo.
For reference I thought it would match nicely with the peeking postman (if it looked more black) or the modest dancer outfit (more blue like the pants of the outfit) but...nope. it's literally just forest green, it matches neither, really only if you look at this cape under dark lighting like night at home or the vault does it match. I'm so sad I brought this cape and probably can't get the guitar as a result :(

Pro tip, doing Geyser, granny, and turtle as well as the respected area of the events should get you at least 13 candles

i'm not that interested in the guitar, but i might get the cape bc i think it looks pretty cool

You guys stop stressing out for a game. You don't need EVERYTHING. Swear I have that mindset too before and it burns the hell out of me. Just enjoy the game and socialize with people around the world. Nobody cares if you don't have the latest and greatest outfits.
What's the point of having all the cosmetics if you don't have someone to chat with? Find a sky friend that will value you and not things that you need to value for no reason that just purely satisfying your cravings
