  • Clams masala rice dumplings recipe
    Raw rice -2 cups
    Soak it for 3-4 hours
    Masala
    Dry roast - Daniya, cumin, red chilies, mustard
    Coconut, turmeric, hing, tamarind, garlic
    Onion
    Salt
    Oil
    Rice dumpling
    Grind (rice salt with water) and transfer the mix to a pan heat it by adding oil once the consistency changes to thick off the flame and keep it aside for 3 mins.
    Make a balls and steam it for 20 mins.
    Grind
    Coriander, cumin, mustard, red chilies, tamarind, coconut, turmeric, garlic, hing and add water grind it to a smooth paste.
    Heat the pan add oil
    Add onion, and clams cook for
    3-4mins and add grounded masala, adjust the salt as per taste. Once it starts to boil add rice dumplings and close the lid for 5mins and off the flame.
    Let the lid be closed for 20-30 mins.
    Now the Taste Marwai pundi is ready to taste.
