I love Dan casually mentioning he has a therapist. It's nice how society changed to the point where a famous person can just casually mention having a therapist. Dan does a great job at normalising taking care of your mental health and he did an even better job writing his book with a therapist about how to look after yourself. He will probably cringe at his current self in a few years time, but I hope he can also feel proud of what he has achieved

Heat, what's up with your sound mixing? The volume is all over the place! I understand that the different clips have different sound levels, but you gotta find a way to smooth it out in the editing. I had to change the volume on my device constantly to avoid hurting my ears while still being able to hear what Dan was saying in the interview.

When I went to the tour and the dan rap came on it was one of the most surreal experience I've ever had. A whole opera house of teenagers/20 year olds immediately started singing it and it was great

This is sort of a weird flex but on my phone notes I for the most part memorized all of the lyrics for Dan’s diss track and typed them out on my phone during lunch my freshman year of high school (it’s censored out of fear because at the time I never swore, I still don’t really). I still have it in my notes 6 years later 😂

I wish you could be kinder to your younger self. It's good that your therapist is helping you work through these negative feelings in a way that corresponds to you! Hopefully one day you'll feel confident looking at your past self and knowing he was doing his best with what he had. Besides, we all loved you then and we love you now. I went on a Dan & Phil rewatch binge earlier this year and I was pleasantly surprised to see how funny you actually were and how you made the most out of your interactions with other creators.
