How to manage users and associate roles based on the environments covered by your license

Each user can access different environments associated with their license. These are called venues in Nextome Hub Web.
Users have different authorizations based on their roles. In particular, those who can manage other users can create new ones, and assign them different permissions based on the venue to which they will be associated.
Authorizations concern various resources and activities that can be carried out within the hub, for example, the management of hardware (beacons, tags, gateways) or the management of features such as navigation routes or areas for geofencing services. All permissions can be read-only or write.
An expiration date can be associated with each account, or it can be manually disabled temporarily.
