In addition, there are other resources out there that should give enough information. best advice i can give you is: go check out www.treeage.com/shop/treeage-pro-healthcare/ you can download the free trial software and there are some good tutorial videos, which show you how to start from scratch, especially how to do decision trees. the software is very easy to use. that is how I got startet in the topic. :)
If you have someone who does something correctly the first time, but it costs significant time, or someone who does something mindlessly fast, but will guarantee having to fix later, which do you want? This is classic tortoise hare stuff. But by all means, do what's right for your business. Whatever that is.
