What's the best pant companion to that jacket in your opinion?

Hi, I'm tall 1,78m, weight 69kg, chest 102cm. Which size would be good for me? Thanks

    This or Patagonia torrentshell 3l?

I'd get the torrentshell. I love Haglofs but I find there's too much missing on the Lim series. I miss hem, hood and cuff adjustment. In particular, I've found lim series hems get a bit loose and the hoods don't fit quite right. I think some of it is saving weight for the sake of it.
Having said that I think the Lim series mimic is perfect because it's a light insulating later that needs no frills.

@@sdemosihow does the jacket gtx lim do against a full day of rain?

    • @sdemosi

@@christian607 I don't know. If I'm expecting a full day of rain then I take my Haglofs Spitz Pro. I have a few jackets for those circumstances and I haven't tried the Lim. If I wanted a Lim to handle a full day of rain I'd go for the new Lim Rugged GTX. My favourite rain jacket is actually a 66 deg North neoshell jacket. It breathes so well and actually feels smooth and soft against my skin whereas GTX Pro is a rustly & crinkly material. It's only 10k h/h but it breathes so well that it hasn't wet out in 5 hours of heavy rain.

@@christian607 no problem. Having a comfortable jacket is underrated tbh. GTX Pro is tough and helps fend off awful weather but it isn't a pleasant fabric to have next to your skin. If I were you I'd try on a few different brands as they have different fits and feel more comfortable depending on your body shape, dimensions etc.
