Just a tip: try setting your eyes with a loose powder first and then lightly pat the under eye powder over top of it to brighten. This is how it works for me. I found that if I go straight into setting with any under eye brightening powder, it does that same thing where it gets dry and patchy. Hope this helps!

These products have such mixed reviews!! They either perform EXACTLY how they did for you or people are getting super smooth results. It’s either one of two things, it’s simply not for certain skin types and texture or there is a huge learning curve and a certain technique to applying these. Someone said Jaclyn used a dry sponge to apply the under eye powder. I wonder if that would be the way to go. I have the Blendiful from Tati and Im super curious how that would work. Idk I want to try these but if it is a skin type problem and not a technique issue than forget it because I have alot of texture under my eyes unfortunately. It’s just annoying because isn’t the whole point of these products to get bright, smooth undereyes regardless of what you have going on?! Didn’t she test these on ALL skin types. She seriously needs to make a video with different models and go into better detail on how to apply these.
I’m definitely going to try and use different techniques while using this product to see if maybe it’s just a user error. I’ve honestly never had a powder do that under my eyes at all and I was so shocked to see this happen. I totally agree with you on the fact that she should have gone thought each individual product and did a whole video dedicated on how to use these products effectively. If a product claims to be a smoothing powder I expect it to be smoothing without have to do much to it and I am bit annoyed by it too just because it is a pricy item. I unfortunately don’t have a blendiful but I will try it with a dry sponge and I will update the description box to let you know how it preformed!
