Can you dive for the ball on command? I'm coming from the gamecube version and you could hold R then do any shot to execute a dive for the ball (manual mode). I don't like that the characters automatically dive for the ball in this one, as that leaves you much more open for counters.

I've only been in it for a few months but search up Mario Tennis Aces Club discord server. When I'm looking for opponents I just ask the server and some people reply.
