Reminds me of the time that Gloria, Cam, and Phil get stuck in the basement and then they were able to come out only because they thought about how all their Pritchetts spouses would have reacted. 😂😂😂
Ty was perfect for this role but I actually can see Matt playing this role. He did do a family sitcom a few years ago playing a dad and husband. He also has a similar speaking voice to Ty. Would have been different but I can see why he was offered the role.
Lmao I was so comfident that Claire wouldnt do the fun thing with Luke I didnt get the "waiting in the car" joke because I also assumed she would be waiting.
Stupid Alex, being right all the time! I honestly thought Alex got her intelligence and neurotic behaviours from Claire, but it turns out Alex is like Phil's mum.
“Hey, here’s a thought, now that you told mom you got the bowl, how about we actually go get it?” “Yes, no more fooling around.” That’s very hard for Phil to say and do.
True. Seems to be a recurring storyline in family sitcoms and dramas about what it’s like to be the middle child in this case. Yeah, Phil is the fun carefree parent and prefers being and spending time with Luke for that, but interestingly here if he didn’t have Alex, Phil would have never gotten away with pretending to be blind.
I agree. Phil acted immature, like a man child and did many questionable things throughout the show, quite a number of which he got away with unfairly and at times he threw others under the bus to take the fall and blame for him all to protect himself. Several times he did that to Mitchell. Back in season 3, the *Egg Drop* episode Phil told Gloria that family are supposed to think about each other and at the end of that season and several times throughout the show, Phil went against that and set a terrible example of it for the family.
But doesn’t this only matter if you’re religious, though? I’m an atheist myself, so personally, im not concerned about “taking the lord’s name in vain”, and the characters in this show aren’t very religious too, so they don’t think twice and it doesn’t worry them like it would for you … (except for one of their characters, Gloria; she’s very religious lol)
I love how Alex is a saviour in both of the stories
Kind of like the escape room episode where thinking about their spouses helped them escape
I like how the man at 2:14 points behind him to show the blind man the back of the line even though he's not blind its still funny
I love how he gets mad and almost walks up there.
Lmao Alex saving them both directly and indirectly 😂

If I were to be stuck with 2 I’d pick cam and Alex.. or manny
The blind guy scene. Priceless! Came here just for that 😁
Alex is like Claire, Luke is like phil. They need each other❤️
And Haley?
@@SimonFerocius DeeDee 😂
@@SimonFerocius haley is claire in her youth..
Ironically, Phil needed Alex in this moment here, otherwise he’d have never gotten away with his blind act.
Lol never seen this show but aww that was cute. I wish had had siblings
Trust me though you have no reason to: you do NOT want siblings
U dont
idk why this person is acting like siblings are the worst thing ever. siblings can be nice, i love my brothers :))
My siblings and I get along really well. People commenting either have bad siblings or are bad siblings or didn’t grow up close to their siblings.
Trust me u DONt!
I can't imagine Matt Leblanc playing Phils role
Why would u lol
@@raymondh5456 Because the role was originally offered to LeBlanc, before he turned it down.
@@joshuasoto6652 loool i see. Wow yeah he would def not be the same phil. I’ll always see him as Joey Tribbiani the player.

And nobody is talking about Lukes smartness..
2:18 That’s Stephen Hytner (Kenny Bania from Seinfeld)
I DIDN'T NOTICE THAT MEN THANKS
THANK YOU
The last guy in the line at 2:08 😂
Phill pretending to be a blind man is one of my favourite modern family clips of all time
luke and phil and haley and claire. alex is literally just “there”. i feel bad for her.
I just broke a nail on a turtle 😂😂😂😂😂
I Like Luke He's a Smart Kid and He is Phil's Favorite Because They Are The Best Characters in The Series
Dude is just growing up
Thank you the Dunphy family it is my come true
“Hey, here’s a thought, now that you told mom you got the bowl, how about we actually go get it?”
“Yes, no more fooling around.”
That’s very hard for Phil to say and do.
It sucks when a parent prefers one child over another, and you actually can feel it

When you have to explain a country as "not that bad", well, do the math.

Lets dont lie to trick people for kindess
Phil is so messy and all over the place. He’s exhausting as a person

Oh please….. don’t flatter yourself. Even RBG is more fun than you.
Dont use God’s name in vain, it should inly be used to address God
