Ken Page is not only insanely talented but the kindest most gentle soul I've ever met. I had the pleasure of talking with him a few months ago after a show he was in at The Muny in St. Louis. He was and still is my favorite actor. I grew up watching the movie and now my 2 boys just love the movie and him. He gave me the biggest hug and thanked me for keeping Oogie Boogie alive for the next generation. He made my entire childhood and adulthood in one conversation.
Always loved this movie, this guy seems really passionate though, he obviously loves the character he voiced or as you can also say 'played' if preferred, seen quite some of his performances and he's always full of energy and really goes all in, a genuine guy, rare these days.
Couldn't have said it better 👏 If there's any chance of me watching the performance live every year, i'll go. Everyone involved has pretty much been doing the anniversary shows since they first began, the passion is truly there for everyone on stage !

Yes!! I met him at the Muny in St. Louis, MO a few months ago. I was terrified to be honest but he was the kindest person I've ever met. The way he reacted was as if he'd never met a fan before. He was just as excited as I was to hear me talk about how he inspired me and my 2 boys to embrace our spooky Halloween loving selves. Even thanked me for keeping the Oogie spirit alive for our next generation.

Yea part of me wishes they made a sequel, but another part tells me to be glad they didn't. The movie alone holds so much memories & nostalgia with so many people, I wouldn't want it to be ruined with a subpar sequel. It would have to be perfect
