Besides the amazing voice and performance, let me give you a bit of a context about this song. It was released in 1978 in Spain. The democracy in Spain just started in 1977 after 40 years of dictatorship. Women rights were something brand new, what this song says and how its said was really a breakthrough. This is a woman saying to his man on his face "I don't get excited with you anymore". In that era, in Spain, that was really really really ground breaking stuff.
Rocio Jurado me enamoró desde niño. Con tan solo 9 años ya cantaba canciones de ella. Su fuerza su raza a la hora de cantar. Pisaba el escenario y crecía como una Diosa. Después como persona era muy humilde.

No hay palabras para decir lo grande que es esta mujer, y digo es porque permanece, permanece con nosotros, todas las canciones que cantaba las convertía en obras maestras, veo muchos títulos aquí de canciones que ella interpretaba y tienen razón todas eran espectaculares, que me dicen del Clavel, Si amanece, a Malaga cantaora, Déjala correr, bandera y blasón, cancion del fuego fatuo, el himno de Andalucía, y muchas más, muchas letras del grande Rafael de Leon, y los villanciscos navideños, una de mis preferidas es Como ruedas de molino, que clase de manera de cantar de esta diosa de España.

This song it's a traditional musical genre of Spain called "copla" or "Spanish song". Currently, there are very few singers who sing copla, because it's considered something "outdated."
Rocío Jurado was a great copla singer, and she also sang flamenco (I recommend you a video titled "qué no daría yo"- Rocío Jurado") The "copla" was a very theatrical genre, where the singer, usually , had a very powerful voice, and the lyrics of the songs are very passionate. The copla singers not only sing, but also, they interpret and transmit to us intensely the story they are singing.
If you are curious to know more about this theatrical side of the copla's singers, or know more singers of this musical genre, I recommend you the video "La Loba-Marifé de Triana". This woman (already deceased) was also one of the great icons of the "copla" (she was older than Rocío Jurado) and was especially known for her theatricality. Lo que he dicho es un hecho constatable: 1) veníamos de una cruenta y represora dictadura ; 2) Rocío fue una pionera en cantar sobre estos temas. Sobre esto encontrarás varios vídeos con entrevistas suyas en los que defiende que quiere para la mujer los mismos derechos que en ese momento tenían los hombres.
