    The hockey games were best live sports when I was there from 2007-2011. It seems like basketball has gotten to be a much better experience since I have gotten there. Congrats on getting into Ross Business School. You should be able to pull a good internship and job after school from there.

      I can touch on that! It was quite surreal. I’m still paying rent for my apartment at school and I also didn’t fully move out yet. I’m lucky I’m not a senior who doesn’t get a graduation and that I’m not a kid who got their study abroad opportunity taken away from them. Grateful to healthy!

      Probably balancing academic and social life. School is still hard but you’re trying to make friends at the same time

    Hi! i recently got in for engineering OOS. I was wondering how hard it would be to add a second major in Ross? and how hard is it to dual major/triple major in general? Do i have to apply to ross if i just want a business minor? sorry for all the questions!

    • @BellaJung
      @BellaJung Před 4 lety +1

      Hi! It’s possible to dual major. You’d have to apply to Ross for the major. You’d also have to apply to Ross for the minor. No one really triple degrees and if they do, it’s squally if they’re all within LSA or the same college.

      Bella Jung Hi Bella. Thank you for helping so many students and prospective students. My daughter graduated as triple major a couple years ago along with a minor in music because she was in the Marching Band for 4 years. She didn’t apply to Ross for undergrad but got her Masters in Management from Ross ten moths later and that helped her land a job at Google.

    I got into LSA for Economics this year but I'm thinking I may want to switch over to Ross. I was wondering, how hard is it for freshmen to get in? I'm an international btw.
    Thanks :)

    • @BellaJung
      @BellaJung Před 4 lety +2

      Hey! They enroll 80% of ross students freshman year and 20% sophomore year. Your gpa has to be pretty high freshman year and you have to be involved in lots of activities. I’d say it’s pretty tough to get in.

    I've been interested in Michigan since my freshman year. My stats are pretty good but UM is also very selective, is there anything UM looks for in an application that might give me an extra boost when applying?

    • @BellaJung
      @BellaJung Před 4 lety

      I think fit and showing why Michigan in your essay is going to help you the most or why that major at Michigan specifically

    • @lupewarkay
      @lupewarkay Před 4 lety

      They also compare you to those in your high school so if you’re top in your class that helps. But also GET INVOLVED. I played lots of sports and had average grades. The teacher recommendations always are a plus, especially from alumni

    • @littlelee627
      @littlelee627 Před 4 lety

      I agree with both Bella and LaKaylia. Especially the "Why Michigan" essay, make sure you do your research because if you show interest in one thing throughout your admissions profile but you don't mention how Michigan will help supplement that, Michigan will note that. Especially if it's really easy to find the resources that will help you on their website, they'll really question why you chose Michigan and not any other top tier school.
