It's lucky for Lymore Gardens that the ref from the other week who was obsessed with unauthorised kit wasn't officiating at this game. He would have taken a dim view of number 8's red shorts and yellow socks.
The Lymore Gardens number 8 had a wondeful combination of shorts and socks colours.
I can see it now, the prestige of the mighty Ogmios trophy has division 2 teams scrambling for relegation and a chance to be on the greatest stage of all

That Mexican team you speak of(monterey tigres) were sponsored by my old work. Cemex,and they had dancing girls at the start of their matches. Like the nfl cheerleaders.
Lymore Gardens look a very good footballing team even on that almost unplayable pitch...well dome. Bring on the BBadgers Ogmios.
I mean....The Ref was rubbish! The final result would have been very different if the ref did his job. What was he looking at when Lymore was pushing and grabbing Limehouse players? Where was he looking when Lymore was offside?
I Think Lymore played very well, and that number 8 player of theirs is a star, but the fact that their uniforms didn't match and the somewhat dirty stuff they did on the field, makes me dislike them very much. On the other hand, Limehouse didn't play at their best, specially without their goalie, and even with their awesome number 8 player, they seemed completely lost out there.
In any case, what an interesting match! Would love to see these two teams play again in better conditions

Brilliant! I love watching these matches and it makes me want to play again but as I’m in my seventies it’s probably best put on the list of things that are never going to happen.

I think Limehouse's third was the best of the match. Ogmios should definitely do a "Highlights" video of the best goals and plays of the season when it ends.

I've really enjoyed watching your Sunday morning strolls. But I think I can safely say that Lymore Gardens are probably the most awful sportsman I have seen and the ref was either incompetent or he was biased or both. This match encompassed the reasons I stopped playing Sunday morning football 32 years ago
