Hello, thanks for asking. Whatever your problem is, just go to your LERIS account then click" contact us" and scroll down to look for ICT Service - Technical Concerns. Then there is a link that you can click, it looks like this. crms.prc.gov.ph/ And then click "Request for Assistance" then fill out the form and write your concerns. You can wait a day or two for them to response. But if you have time and you are living next or near the PRC office then it's better for you to go there and tell them what your concern is. Have a good day!
Sir how about po pag nakalagay na "your name is already registered" tapos pag itry na pag log in nakalagay na "account doesn't exist". Pano po kaya ito?

Just tell them about your problem and wait for their response. You can actually visit that website without logging-in sa PRC Leris. Just open any browsers that you have and type that website. Option 2: If you have time it’s better that you go to the nearest PRC office and ask for their help. But it’s better to try the option 1 first because it’s the most convenient and see how it goes.
Hello, unfortunately you can’t edit it by yourself. Kailangan mong humingi ng tulong sa PRC. You can do what I did in this video. The only difference is your concern. Sabihin mo sa kanila na nagkamali ka sa pag input ng surname mo. For sure maghingi sila ng PSA copy of your of your birth certificate. Just scan it and send it to them para na edit nila.

Hello ma’am thanks for asking. The same procedure pa rin sa ginawa ko ma’am. Sabihin mo lang ang concerns mo na nagkapalit ang middle and last name mo. Mag upload ka lang ng any valid i.d mo coz they will ask for it as a proof of identity. Then they will fix it for you.

Yung sayo naman is about your second name. For sure PRC will ask for your valid gov’t i.d. So, just prepare everything that is needed as a proof of your identity.

But mine took several days kasi nag send ako Thursday at nag reply sila Friday asking for my valid i.d. Nag send ako Friday night but hindi sila nagparamdam the whole weekend. By Monday nag reply sila na okay na daw. Ang problema password ang binago nila hindi ang birthdate. Told them my problem is my birthdate, then nag reply sila the next day with my new birthdate peru ang problema mali pa rin. Told them again my correct birthdate then nagreply sila the next day with my correct birthdate. Kaya medyo natagalan yung sa akin. But one thing is for sure, PRC will respond once or twice a day as long as it is weekdays.
@@MariaMaria-ws2jf Baka depende sa branch, ma'am. Yung sa akin is Region X Cagayan de oro. Sinabi ko lang ang problema ko and they've just asked me my gov't valid i.d. Then I uploaded my PRC I.D. Ganun lang, ginawan na nila ng paraan na ma fix ang problema ko.

Hello ma’am. Since it’s disabled means you can’t log in, right? Can you remember your email address and password?
You can also try to open their website. crms.prc.gov.ph and tell them about your concern.
